Refund & Return Policy

Welcome to UMDUTEX NIGERIA LIMITED. Customer satisfaction is important to us, and we are committed to providing high-quality textiles, lace, shadda, fabrics, and fashion accessories.

Returns

Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving their order if:

• The item received is incorrect.

• The item is damaged during delivery.

• The item has a manufacturing defect.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

• Be unused and in its original condition.

• Include the original packaging and tags (where applicable).

• Be accompanied by proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless they were delivered damaged or incorrectly:

• Fabrics that have been cut or altered.

• Customized or special-order products.

• Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling.

Refunds

Once a returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify the customer of the outcome.

If approved, refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 7–14 business days, depending on the customer’s payment provider.

Exchanges

Where possible, eligible items may be exchanged for the same product or another product of equal value.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support with your order number, reason for the request, and supporting photographs (if applicable).
